Step by Step guidelines for the MHRD stamp/verification (Govt. of Punjab, Department of Higher Education, SAS Nagar)

Step 1 . First apply for the HRD verification by filling up the form and submit it to the office. This form available at Office: Director Public Instruction Colleges Punjab, SAS Nagar.

Step 2 . After the submission of the documents. Students are required to verify their educational documents(DMCs/Degree) from their concerned University/Board and get the verified letter from the University/Board.

Step 3 . After the verification done by the University/Board, Students need to submit the verified Letter in this office. This is the final step for the MHRD stamp/verification.

Documents required:-

• Attach two sets of photocopies each of your original certificate.
• Self attested identity proof photocopy.
• One passport size photo graph.
• Documents should not be laminated.

Timings:-

• 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
• Office closed on Saturday/Sunday and other government holidays.

Note - This Department is the only authorization authority under the Educational Institution Punjab from Ministry of Human Resources(HRD), Govt. of India.
